Seth Jones is still only 24 years old.
That's pretty insane, if you think about it.
Now entering his sixth season in the NHL, the All-Star defenseman has become a leader both on and off the ice for an emerging Blue Jackets team. The team's video staff spent time at home with Jones this summer, offering fans a behind-the-scenes look at his culinary skills (which are impressive), his family life, and how he's training to prepare for the 2018-19 season.
