November wasn't the greatest of months for the Blue Jackets, but Pierre-Luc Dubois found some scoring success.
In 14 games, the 21-year-old center found the net five times and added five assists for a total of 10 points for the month.
Despite being thrown into a leadership position and the Blue Jackets' first line at a young age, Dubois has emerged as a leader for a Blue Jackets team still in search of their identity.
The club has certainly taken some lumps this season, and it's likely to be a tough year until game 82 is over and done with. However, there is still much to be optimistic about, and it starts with Dubois — who is tied with veteran Gustav Nyquist for the club lead in points with 18.
