I'm glad I've been clean for 40 years 'cause I don't have to wonder if I imagined reading something. Today, The Hockey News had a story about three teams on the bubble who could actually make the playoffs. The first team listed was (Boy, I'm tempted to impersonate the NWA announcer) the Blue Jackets. Everyone, except a handful of us fans, had the Jackets finishing last in the East and a few had them finishing last in the league during the summer. What a change! Whatever does happen this season, the Jackets are putting the league on notice.
