Listen: we're not connecting dots here.
Earlier this week, Elliotte Friedman reported that Artemi Panarin's preference is to play in Los Angeles, New York or Florida. We've been over this much.
Panarin's agent has refuted claims that he wants a larger market to help his girlfriend's modeling career (news that apparently originated in Russia media reports). Now, a sleuth Twitter user and Florida Panthers fan – Cliff Levine – found this piece of...interesting...news: Panarin bought a $700,000 South Beach condo in April 2018.
I don't mean to stir the pot - but in my hopeless pursuit to find a way to make my dreams of Panarin in a #FlaPanthers jersey come true I searched to see if Panarin had property in Miami. Sure enough he bought a 700K condo in April 2018. #CBJ The man likes the pic.twitter.com/ueNEzSI7Pi

The condo development, Paraiso Bay, is under construction in Miami.
This could mean something and very likely could mean very little, however, if Panarin winds up with the Panthers in the not-too-distant future, he'll at least have a place to stay when the season starts.
