With seven regular season games remaining and a team in the hunt for the President's Trophy, Stanley Cup Playoff fever is hitting Columbus.
Today, the Blue Jackets announced single game tickets for all four potential Eastern Conference Quarterfinal games played at Nationwide Arena will go on sale Tuesday, April 4 at 10 a.m.
But wait, it gets better. With the Blue Jackets likely drawing the Pittsburgh Penguins in the quarterfinals, the club announced that sales will be restricted to Ohio residents for the first 48 hours after tickets go on sale. Individual sales will also be restricted to two (2) tickets per person.
The NHL won't announce the Stanley Cup Playoff schedule until April 9, but tickets for first round home games, 1, 2, and if necessary, 3 and 4, will be available at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, the Fox Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, online at BlueJackets.com and Ticketmaster.com or by phone at (800) 745-3000.
Huntington Green Seats will be available for the opening round. Huntington Green Seats, priced at $50, will go on sale two hours prior to game time with purchases limited to two tickets per customer. Tickets must be purchased in person at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena. No other regular-season promotions will extend to the playoffs.
