Late in the day roster moves have taken place in anticipation of the Blue Jackets next game against the Montreal Canadiens on November 14.

Center/winger Jordan Schroeder has been recalled from the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League (AHL) and with it, center Zac Dalpe has been placed on injured reserve (IR). The retroactive date is November 6 and the injury is described as upper-body.

Schroeder was acquired from the Minnesota Wild this past year when they traded forward Dante Salituro for him. They then re-signed him this offseason as a hopeful in the bottom-six.

Schroeder has played in nine games for the Cleveland Monsters and has five points in nine games including two goals and three assists. Dalpe has played in ten games this season for the Blue Jackets and has zero points. He does have 13 penalty minutes this season which leads the team.
