It didn't take long for the inevitable lineup changes.
With Alexander Wennberg sidelined due to an upper body injury, the Blue Jackets have to change up their mix once again. Meeting with the media Saturday afternoon in Washington, D.C., Blue Jackets coach John Tortorella said Wennberg is day-to-day and will not play in Game 2 tomorrow night.

Sonny Milano will make his 2017-18 Stanley Cup playoff debut in Game 2, Tortorella said. He's expected to line up with Josh Anderson on right wing and Brandon Dubinsky in the middle. The fourth line has a new look, as well, with Oliver Bjorkstrand joining Mark Letestu and Matt Calvert. Nick Foligno slides up in Wennberg's spot to anchor the No. 2 line.
Injuries and changes are bound to happen in a playoff series, but these are ill-timed for the Blue Jackets, coming off the emotional high of their Game 1 overtime win on Thursday.

Wennberg scored a key goal in the second period to get them going, and that line made key contributions throughout (Thomas Vanek tied the game with a power play goal in the third period, occupying the net-front spot once held by Wennberg).
