Well that was easy.
Blue Jackets prospect Elvis Merzlikins has made his decision where he is going to play during the 2018/19 season. It appears that he will be playing in Europe for one more season. It was so important, that he answered it himself via Twitter.

Merzlikins was a stand out player during the 2018 IIHF World Championship. He had a .940 save percentage in six games leading the team to outside of group play.
