The Matthew Wuest Memorial Cup is up for grabs again during the 2018 NHL Prospects Tournament in Traverse City, Mich., and the Columbus Blue Jackets prospects will be participating for the 17th time.
The list of players involved has been released by the club. A lot of free agent invites will be involved and they litter the defense. Only one player on defense is a drafted player by the team. Notable name Vitali Abramov will not be participating this year after having surgery on his wrist, according to The Athletic's Aaron Portzline.
