Behind The Battle only gets better each and every year.

This might be the best iteration yet. A lot of the prior episodes showed you some behind the scenes insights to players, but the rehab for a star athlete is something completely different.

For someone like Zach Werenski, who dealt with a shoulder injury for an entire year, he had to deal with a new normal. With head athletic trainer, Mike Vogt is interviewed, and as part of it, he describes the injury itself and the rehab that comes with it.

Werenski is shown doing simple exercises like moving his shoulder in short distances to him actually working out with weights. It was a long, arduous journey that took place all summer but just gives you a sense of what it takes for him to get back to the point where he is an elite player.

The proof is in the pudding, through six games, Werenski has a goal and two assists putting him at three points. He is doing it all without Seth Jones and showing that he can, in fact, do it all by himself.
