The Blue Jackets 23-player opening-night roster is set.
In order to cut down to 23 players, the club loaned David Jiricek, Nick Blankenburg, and Dmitri Voronkov to AHL Cleveland and sent Denton Mateychuk to WHL Moose Jaw.
They also placed Mathieu Olivier (leg) on IR and placed Jordan Dumais (upper body), Yegor Chinakhov (back strain), and Daniil Tarasov (knee) on the injured/non-roster list.
