Another injury blow.

The Blue Jackets announced Saturday that center Patrik Laine will miss today's contest against the Wild in Minnesota and is listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury he suffered from an illegal hit in Friday's 3-1 win over Calgary.

Rasmus Andersson, the player who hit Laine in the waning moments of the game, received a five-minute major for elbowing and received a four-game suspension without pay.

"I see a hit to the head and lifting his feet," Blue Jackets head coach Pascal Vincent said after the game. "I saw the replay. That's illegal in my book. So we'll let the NHL deal with it."

The Blue Jackets take on the Wild in St. Paul on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET on Bally Sports Ohio.
