Blue Jackets prospect David Jiricek had three assists in the final game of a two-game AHL stint in a 4-3 Cleveland Monsters loss to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Saturday.
Jiricek, the No. 6 overall pick in the 2022 Draft, was loaned to the Monsters on Thursday after being a healthy scratch in back-to-back games. In 40 NHL games, he's recorded 1-8--9 including 1-8--9 in 36 games this season.
He will join the team on Sunday when they head to Edmonton to begin their Western Canada road trip.
