In the likely event that you're not too keen on heading down to Nationwide Arena to watch preseason hockey, fear not. You can still catch the action.
The Blue Jackets announced Monday afternoon that they will stream their four home preseason games online at BlueJackets.com and via the FOX Sports Go app. Tuesday's game against the Chicago Blackhawks will also be shown live on NHL Network with the CSN Chicago broadcast feed.

After tomorrow's game against the Blackhawks, fans will have access online to watch Friday against Pittsburgh, Sept. 24 vs. Nashville and Sept. 26 vs. St. Louis.
NHL Network also plans to broadcast the Sept. 23 preseason game in Chicago and also Sept. 30 in Pittsburgh to round out the exhibition schedule. In all, six of the Blue Jackets' eight preseason games will be televised in some fashion, which is more than enough to whet the appetite for opening night.
