Just listened to an interview with NHL VP Bill Daly.  He said he anticipates the cap will return to normal escalations in 2024 rather than 2025.  Revenues were up more than expected this past season and if 2022 and 2023 season revenues continue to grow the league will be able to tie the cap back to revenues one year earlier than originally anticipated.
