Those of you who know me know that I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income. Well, I decided to get Bally Sports+ at the beginning of November so I could watch the Jackets. My bank app shows that they were paid on 11/13. I called up the app tonight to watch the Bruins game and couldn't sign in. Customer service says there is no account under my email. They want me to sign up, again, and pay another $20+ even though they owe me 10 days. And will not refund the cost of those 10 days.
If you are using Bally Sports+, keep very good records so they can't steal from you, too.
