Right now the CBJ are tied for 10th to 13th pick in the draft (4 teams with 79 pts). They are 1 pt ahead of 9th (78 pts).

Thoughts on tanking to assure 9th or 10th?    Is it worth 4-5 draft spots?

Let me make it clear, I know they wont. But how much more valuable is pick 9/10 vs 12/13.  Where is the drop off in talent for this draft?   According to tankathon, there is a tier 1 (top 4) and tier 2 (5-8).  Anyone else seen coverage?
