Alexander Wennberg's month to forget may be coming to an end.
The Blue Jackets center, who has been a healthy scratch since April 2, may return to the ice tonight for Game 2 of the team's series with the Boston Bruins, according to reports from The Athletic's Aaron Portzline.
#CBJ F Ryan Dzingel is still out on the ice with players expected to be the healthy scratches tonight. He could be the odd man out if Wennberg draws into the lineup.

#CBJ Ryan Dzingel walked quickly out of the dressing room, declining to speak with media. Nothing to say,he said, without breaking stride.

Appears Wennberg is in for Dzingel, but nothing official from the club.
Wennberg, who struggled mightily this season – he had no even-strength goals in 75 regular season games, would draw in for center Ryan Dzingel, who has struggled himself lately, accounting for no points in the Blue Jackets' five playoff games, despite getting heavy minutes on a line with Matt Duchene and Cam Atkinson.
It's unclear where coach John Tortorella will slot Wennberg, but one option is the center of the third line with Nick Foligno moving to a wing and Josh Anderson sliding up to the second line.
The puck drops for Game 2 at 8 p.m. tonight in Boston's TD Garden. NBC will carry the game to a national audience.
