In Traverse City, Blue Jackets fans will get their first look at Yegor Chinakhov and Cole Sillinger in union blue.
Chinakhov, who was selected in the first round of the 2020 NHL draft, is set to begin his career in North America this season after being named the KHL Rookie of the Year for the 2020-21 campaign. Sillinger, who is just 18, was one of the Blue Jackets' three first-round selections in 2021. Kent Johnson and Corson Ceulemans are both at their respective colleges, so they won't be participating with the Blue Jackets squad.
Other notable members of the team include members of the 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, and 2017 draft classes.
