Laine and Elvis are back.
The club activated Patrik Laine and Elvis Merzlikins off injured reserve and assigned Daniil Tarasov to the AHL's Cleveland Monsters.

Laine has registered 2-2--4 in eight games this season and hasn't played since Nov. 12 due to an ankle sprain.
Merzlikins hasn't played since Nov. 15 with a hip injury. He's posted a 2-5-0 record, a .864 save percentage, and a 4.74 GAA.
The Blue Jackets take on the Winnipeg Jets in Canada on Friday at 8 p.m. ET on Bally Sports Ohio.
