The Blue Jackets released their lineup for the team's fifth game of the preseason, which is Monday at 7 p.m. ET against the Blues at Nationwide Arena. 18 of the 20 players have played at least one NHL game.

The club is 1-2-1 in the preseason so far and lost to the Sabres 4-3 in Buffalo on Saturday.
