The Blue Jackets have been pretty darn good in overtime this season, and when they haven't been, they've had some help.
Last night it came in the form of Sergei Bobrovsky's highlight-reel save on Jets forward Blake Wheeler, who slipped in behind Artemi Panarin and was all alone in front of the net. Staring down Bobrovsky 1-on-1, Wheeler shifted to his forehand and tried to lift the puck over the sprawling Jackets goaltender.
And then, this happened.
Josh Anderson went on to score the game-winning goal moments later, capping a wild night at Nationwide Arena. The Blue Jackets are 7-3-0, their best 10-game start in franchise history, and they can thank Bobrovsky for saving the day.
