The Columbus Blue Jackets haven't clinched a playoff spot yet – and may not, pending the results of their weekend back-to-back – but it certainly doesn't hurt to be prepared. Today, the club announced playoff single-game ticket information.

Blue Jackets home playoff tickets will go on sale Friday, April 5 at 10 a.m., and there will be an exclusive 72-hour sales period for Ohio residents only. That's a policy that's drawn the ire of hockey pundits and traditional-market fans when implemented in other cities. Nashville, in particular, has used that policy to prevent opposing fans from taking over their arena.

In addition to buying online, tickets will be available for purchase in-person at the arena's Big Lots Box Office, the FOX Sports Blue Line Store at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing, plus Chiller North, Chiller Easton and Chiller Dublin.
