David Gunnarsson, the popular NHL goalie mask artist, has added Elvis Merzlikins to his client list.
DaveArt, Gunnarsson's company, announced on Wednesday that Merzlikins has his first NHL mask, and the results are fantastic. The mask is essentially a mural of some of the most well-known pieces of Blue Jackets imagery, both past and present.
Elvis Merzlikins, welcome to the DaveArt Family! It was so awesome to paint and create your first NHL mask! The coming NHL season is coming closer day by day.

Per Corey Masisak of The Athletic, "Gunnarsson paints hundreds of masks inside his barn each year, and rarely catches a break. His client list includes about 60 percent of the goalies in the NHL, half of AHL goalies and all of them in the Swedish Hockey League."
Among Gunnarsson's clients are Blue Jackets prospect Veini Vehvilainen and former goalie Sergei Bobrovsky.
