Gaudreau and Erik Gudbranson did not participate in today's morning skate. Gaudreau missed yesterday's practice with an illness.
The Blue Jackets recalled defenseman Tim Berni from the AHL's Cleveland Monsters and assigned forward Brendan Gaunce.
Brad Larsen said he has some decisions to make regarding today's lineup. Liam Foudy and Billy Sweezey were both healthy scratches last game, so they will likely slot in if Gaudreau and Gudbranson don't play.
