According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Calgary Flames are going to interview Blue Jackets associate coach Pascal Vincent for their head-coaching vacancy.

This is the second-consecutive year that Vincent will interview for a Western Conference head-coaching job after he interviewed for the Winnipeg Jets' opening last year before they hired Rick Bowness.

Vincent, who is a candidate for the Blue Jackets' head-coaching vacancy, has been Columbus' associate coach for the past two seasons after spending the previous decade with the Jets organization.
