Looking for an offensive spark and its first win on the five-game road trip, head coach Dean Evason jumbled his lines including putting Adam Fantilli on the first line.

Despite a late push, the Columbus Blue Jackets could not find the equalizer on Sunday night in Anaheim, falling to the Ducks 4-2.

Daniil Tarasov made 25 saves in his return to the net. After a September appendectomy, John Gibson made his season debut, making 38 saves.

The Ducks responded early in the second period to regain the lead thanks to Jackson LaCombe. Radko Gudas and Troy Terry had the assists.
