Vitali Abramov never fails to impress, does he?
The Blue Jackets prospect has had himself another impressive season in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), this time with Victoriaville. Another 100-plus point and MVP candidate-type campaign has helped the Tigres into the playoffs and seeking a Memorial Cup berth later this spring.
In their 4–1 first round series victory over Gatineau (his former team), Abramov was outstanding with 11 points (six goals, five assists). He's the QMJHL playoffs scoring leader through the first round and also leads the league in playoff goals.
