Current Pittsburgh Steeler and former Ohio State linebacker Ryan Shazier suffered one of the most terrifying injuries in recent memory more than two months ago. Only just recently was he released from a rehabilitation center and he decided to take in a Pittsburgh Penguins game.
Only within this past week was it reported that Shazier has feelings back in his legs and has begun a walking routine with supervision.
It makes his moment at the Penguins game all the more special as he continues his fight. Shazier underwent a spinal stabilization surgery a week after his injury and has been on the road to recovery ever since.
